Prior to your arrival we will begin with an Ayurveda consultation, where a practitioner will assess your dosha (constitution) and provide personalized recommendations for your stay. This consultation will set the foundation for your retreat.
This 3-night private retreat is designed to provide you with a balanced combination of holistic practices, self-discovery, and relaxation. Remember to consult with the retreat center or practitioners in advance to ensure that all activities align with your preferences and well-being. Always prioritize your safety and well-being throughout the retreat. Also you have the privilege to continue working with Mary Rose for support in your integration outside the retreat.
